143 units sold
SINGAPORE (THE BUSINESS TIMES) – Ki Residences at Brookvale in Sunset Way has sold 143 out of 660 units at a normal cost of $1,790 per sq ft (psf) through a virtual booking exercise on Saturday (Dec 5).
The 999-year leasehold improvement is on the site of the previous 160-unit Brookvale Park which was sold en-coalition in 2018 to a joint endeavor between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments for $530 million.
The 12-story condominium being fabricated is close to Bukit Timah Road and Holland Village way of life center point.

Costs of the units sold on Saturday start from $1,668 psf. Moreover, the engineers sold 60% of extravagance assortment units, which have four or five rooms and reach between 1,245 sq ft and 2,239 sq ft in size.

“We are satisfied that Ki Residences at Brookvale has gotten great help from an assortment of purchasers, from investors to proprietor occupiers,” Hoi Hup and Sunway said in a public statement.
“We have gotten particularly overwhelming help from proprietor occupier purchasers looking for a liberally measured, very much planned 999-year leasehold extravagance item at a sensible value range.”
