Besides Chin Huat, a new addition to Sunset Way is Liang Kee Teochew Restaurant.  Located at Block 106, Clementi Street 12 close to Ki Residences Location, this restaurant serves up affordable Teochew cuisine in a no-frills setting.  Their classic dishes include Teochew deep-fried prawn rolls and braised duck and one of their outstanding culinary creation is fried crayfish with sambal chili.

If you fancy some simple European food, Summer Hill Bistro is a small French restaurant at Block 106 Clementi Street 12, about 15 minutes stroll from Ki Residences Location.  The place is simply decorated with the main seating area located outdoors.  The menu is simple which includes their signature dishes such as roast chicken, roast pork collar in creamy mustard sauce, and beef rib roast. 

In addition to the roast dishes, they also serve freshly baked croissants, quiche, dark chocolate tart, salted caramel banana bread, and citrus, and rosemary olive oil cake.
